I don’t take insurance directly, because I want to spend my time focused on you and your care rather than paperwork and insurance restrictions. That said, I keep my rates competitive and can provide a SuperBill you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits (it’s always best to check with them first about your coverage). I also offer sliding scale fees for those who need it, because getting the right support should feel accessible.

Individual 60 minute session $125

Couples 60 minute session $150

Polycules/Adult Family Groups 90 minute session $250

Established Couples/Polycules may request in-home intensive sessions for a negotiated rate.
